What happened: I work at Tjmaxx in Bethlehem, Pa and I noticed Bryan Back, the store manager, being aggressive towards other employees. And he's also extremely disrespectful towards employees. He told us we weren't allowed to use the bathroom until our breaks which depending on how long our shift is, we only have one, and its ** minutes. He was also friending employees (minors) on Facebook which was really inappropriate.
